Winning the war on recruiting

There have been articles, books, blogs, white papers all talking about the war on talent, and the upcoming visible gap from one generation to the next. How will companies fill the talent gap, how will they manage the new talent demographic? While I am a big believer in all of these stats, and writings, I would like to suggest there is definitely a war on talent, but that war is “invisible”.
